Painting Practice with Pennywise

So I tried something different today, practiced painting instead of going for my usual block colour/cell shading thing

Had to be my boi Penny, of course.

Phoned in the hair and the collar a bit but I was focussing on the face, which I think turned out surprisingly nice.
